Our daily drinker, named after the street our humble brewery rests on. Brewed with 2-row and Maris Otter malt. Singularly hopped with Mosaic. Punch notes of Satsuma orange rind, lychee flesh, and fresh blueberry muffin, with a clean and crisp finish. 4.20% abv

A dry-hopped weiss bier brewed with all Rabbit Hill Pils & Wheat Malt through a three-step mash regimen for maximum ~phenols~. Hopped with a variety that tastes like strawberries, and blended with a yeast reminiscent of banana candy. 5.4% abv

Brown Ale. A British-inspired brown beer made for quaffing in the city of brotherly love.  Brewed with Rabbit Hill Farms’ pale ale malt and coloured with specialty grains from Double Eagle Malt, balanced with English & American-grown hops, and fermented with a classically fussy + fruity yeast strain.  Winter’s morning Folgers, mocha milk, cocoa powder. 3.8% abv

Extra Special Mild. Brewed in collaboration with 2SP from Aston, PA. A toasty malt bill of Rabbit Hills Farms pale ale & Munich malts provide a tantalizing copper hue. Hopped firmly with UK Fuggle and fermented with a derivative of English ale yeast.  Crostini, par-baked focaccia, black tea with honey + lemon, raspberry Arnold Palmer, sugarless Biscoff. 3.6% abv
 
Watermalone | 3.5 / 5.5 / 8
Fruited Gose. Tart + Saline ale brewed with barley & wheat malt from Rabbit Hill Farms. Dosed with the fanciest of salts and fermented with far beyond a reasonable amount of watermelon.  Fresh wafts displaying the fleeting smells of summer, accompanied by a medley of refreshing acidity and salinity. 4.1% abv
 
 Lil’ Foot | 3 / 4.5 / 7
Lil’ American Barleywine. Inspired by the original, but with a 2D take, this is a red-tinted hoppy beer brewed with Nugget and Amarillo, and fermented with everyone’s favorite lager yeast.  All of the PNW hops bite you’ve been craving since the ‘00s, lemon zest, and a lot of malt.  The argument of hoppy red ale vs American barleywine has been made, and this will further that conversation – at more reasonable strength. 6.8% abv

8P Czech-inspired pale lager beer brewed with pilsner malt from Rabbit Hill Farms and hopped with Czech-grown hops. Conditioned cold for two months. A full-flavored pale beer experience starting with billowy foam, entering into comforting flavors baking bread, and finishing with a satisfying hops tingle.

A collaborative effort with La Cabra Brewing from Berwyn, PA, this was brewed with Rabbit Hill Farms pilsner malt and ZERO hops cones, pellets, or powders. Utilizing just about every single liquid advanced hops product on the market (15 of them), this beverage is saturated with more hops oils than any before it.  Focused on Citra, Mosaic, and Nectaron, with dashes of Maui Nelson, Ambrosia, and Lotus.  Marlborough Sauv blanc, spring rain, mandarin orange, sweet breakfast biscuit, tangelo, Nerds Rope. 8.5% abv

Our Seventh Anniversary blend perhaps exemplifies what we do here at Second District more than any other project we’ve ever worked on. A blend of old world techniques with a nod to modern experimentation, and a little whimsy thrown in for good measure. Seven began as a blend of several releases from the late summer of 2022. We took some kegs of Wee Buddy, an English Summer Ale; Apricot Helix, an apricot-tangerine hard seltzer; Zestimated Antler, a lime zest conditioned version of our Nelson Pale Ale; and Future Rustic, a Bière de Coupage, and blended them all into one of our RAF tanks and allowed them to mingle for awhile. Once refermentation was complete (from the mixed culture inoculation provided by Future Rustic), we racked it into oak white wine barrels that had previously held our 5th anniversary blend for a lengthy two year slumber. The transformation of the liquid over that time is somewhere along the lines of a citrusy barrel aged saison, if we had to put our finger on a “style”; A melange of trifoliate orange skins, rubbed sage, classic barnyard, with a dry zesty finish. Most importantly, it’s just a really fun sip. Naturally carbonated in both bottle and keg. 6% abv. Cheers to Seven Years!

A North German inspired Pils brewed with German Pilsner malt and hopped with Sterling and Hallertau Mittelfruh. We utilized the traditional methods of step mashing and a single decoction during the mashing process. 5% abv
