Vieil Ami

Belgian Pale Ale brewed with rye and yesteryear crops of old gaurd cones. Fermented and conditioned in stainless for three full moons with a blend of wild and tame yeast. Blended with young ale before packaging to spark conditioning in the kegs. Pleasantly bitter finish preceded by vintage leather, haunted libraries, early morning petrichor, and mist shrouded cedar groves. 6% ABV
