Ripe AF

Mixed fermentation saison brewed with 2-row barley, vienna, and wheat malts. Hopped gently in the kettle with aged Celeia hops. Fermented and conditioned with our lovely house RAF mixed culture, and then refermented with peaches and raspberries from our farm up in Honesdale, PA, along with peaches from our friend Ben Wenk and Three Springs Fruit Farm. Lemon verbana and rose water on the nose, juicy trolly peach ring, lavender, and punchy acidity with a dry finish on the pallet. 7% ABV
