Pět Pils

Keller (unfiltered) Pilsner. Pět, meaning five in Czech, is an homage to the first pilsner beer brewed on October 5th, 1842, in the Czech town of Pilsen. This will be an ongoing series, each featuring a different traditional European hop variety. This first batch features Czech Saaz. The first hops used in pilsner, this batch is a true homage to the origin of the style. Ultra grassy, light spice, firm malt, insanely crisp. 5% ABV
