Pen Whisperer

IPA brewed with 2-row, wheat, and oat malts. Hopped in the kettle with Columbus resin and a heavy dose of Cashmere and Centennial in the whirlpool. Fermented with our House ale yeast blend and then refermented on pineapple and blood orange purée. Dry hopped heavily with Polaris, Centennial, and Simcoe. Mom’s homemade OJ, dank grass, with a little tropical breeze in the finish. 6.2% ABV
