Farm to Professor

Harvest Ale brewed with Pilsner, Maris Otter, oat, and rye malts. Hopped entirely both in the kettle and the fermenter with the first ever wet hop harvest of estate grown Cascade and Chinook from Second District Vineyard and Hop Farm up in Honesdale, PA. These cones came strait from the vine and were immediately transferred over to the Professor for experimentation in the brewery. Since this is the first time we’ve used these hops, we had no idea what exactly to expect. The result is mild, earthy, and ripe with PA terroir. 5.9% ABV
