The fourth installment in our Co-Worker Brewing Program, brewed with Juan from the kitchen. Raspberry IPA brewed with wheat malt, and then hopped in the kettle with Amarillo. Conditioned on raspberry puree and red raspberry leaf, and then dry hopped with healthy additions of Simcoe, Amarillo, and Columbus. Notes of rose water, white and pink Petite fours, and tropical dankness. 6.7% ABV
