Doreenie’s Tahini Treat Mandarin Milkshake IPA

The latest out of our co-worker brewing program, Ben and Head Chef Doreen brewed up an IPA with oats and roasted sesame seeds. Thickened up with a bit of lactose sugar in the kettle. Fermented with a classic English yeast strain and then refermented TWICE on a total of 80 pounds of fresh house-pureed Israeli Orri Mandarin Oranges and a pinch of Madagascar vanilla beans. Dry hopped with more roasted sesame and a heaping dose of Motueka and Citra keef. Even handed, yet lush with fond memories of lemon meringue, essential oils, and macerated tropical fruit, accompanied by an extremely delicate toastiness beneath. 6.7% ABV
