Benny’s Best

Trans-Atlantic IPA brewed with American 2-row malted barley, British malted oats, and French caramel malt. Hopped in the kettle with Centennial, Simcoe, and Mosaic lupulin dust. Fermented with classic English ale yeast and then dry hopped with British East Kent Golding and Simcoe hops. Notes of bread pudding, cotton candy, citrus rind, and dehydrated apricot. Refreshingly classic with a modern twist. 6.2% ABV
