Mexican Chocolate IPA brewed with rye and lactose. Hopped emphatically with Simcoe, Falconers Flight, Citra, and Mosaic. Conditioned on organic Ecuadorian cocoa nibs and freshly ground cinnamon. Delightfully intriguing and complex. The first beer in our Co-Worker Brewing program, brewed with our main man Danny, who’s Abuelita would make him Mexican Hot Chocolate as a child. 7% ABV
